Typically, all residents are responsible for:

• Following the terms of your lease
  • This includes making sure your rent is paid on time- See Making Payments, Online Account Payments, and FAQs- Rent/Fees
• Keep the Unit in a good, clean, safe and sanitary condition
• Securing all utilities for housing, unless otherwise provided
  • See FAQs- Utilities
• Lawn care, unless otherwise provided
• Changing the furnace/air conditioning filters monthly
• Minor repairs to your home, including, but not limited to, replacing light bulbs and dealing with clogged drains
  • See Products to avoid putting down the drain
• Changing the smoke detector batteries during tenancy (these are new when you move in)
• Pest control
• Complying with all Homeowner Association Rules
• Completing a PetScreening Profile
