How do I take a look at an available Matchbox Residential property?
We are always happy to show prospective residents our available homes during office hours by setting up an appointment with one of our Leasing Agents. Please fill out the contact form below or give us a call at 540.434.5150 during normal business hours (M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM). An appointment may be scheduled to view our occupied properties by contacting our office as well. Please note that every attempt will be made to work with your schedule, but the current residents must be notified and given sufficient notice, typically 24 hours, that their home will be shown. You will need to show a valid Photo ID prior to leaving the office with one of our Leasing Agents. View the current listing of available properties.
How has COVID-19 affected showings?
During the Covid-Pandemic, we are having to treat our showings a bit differently than we have in the past.
Many of our units are occupied during the showings, so we are respecting the feelings of the current residents and their comfort level of having others in their homes. If they allow us in their homes, we ALWAYS must give them at least a 24-hour notice. We will respect them, you and ourselves by wearing masks upon entering and use hand sanitizer before and after entry.
If conventional showings are not possible, we do have many other options available:
- Online Virtual Showings
- 3D Showings
- Video Showings with an agent via electronic means
- Model homes at various communities
Please note that every attempt will be made to work with your schedule. We do require that a valid Photo ID be shown prior to leaving the office with one of our Leasing Agents.
How do I cancel a scheduled appointment?
Please contact the Property Manager that you scheduled your appointment with to cancel or modify an appointment. If they cannot be reached, please contact our office at 540.434.5150.
