Tenants may choose to rent a queen sized bed for their bedroom for an additional $18 per month at the lease signing. All beds are first-come, first-served as we only have a limited supply.

If you choose to rent a bed after the lease signing, you will be charged a delivery fee of $39 that will be charged to your account after the bed has been delivered.

You will be expected to cover your bed with a mattress cover to protect your bed. If the mattress is stained or damaged in any way, you will be charged for the cleaning or replacement of the bed that you rented.
