Should you breach the lease by leaving early, typically, you will be responsible for the \u201cRemove Tenant\/Reletting Fee\u201d and rental payments until the end of your lease, or until the property is re-leased. If you need to change the terms of your lease, contact our office to discuss your particular situation.<\/p>\n    \t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t<\/div>\r\n    \t    \t<div class=\"item accordion-item\" id=\"can-i-sublease-my-apartment\">\r\n    \t\t<div class=\"item-header\" id=\"heading-2\">\r\n    \t\t\t<h5 class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-2\">\r\n    \t\t\t\tCan I sublease my apartment?    \t\t\t<\/h5>\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n    \t\t<div id=\"collapse-2\" class=\"collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-2\" data-parent=\"#accordion-block_d4882c3ccbf8d1fdbbb35e92b32bfc63\">\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"item-body\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">No. We do not allow our residents to sublease their apartment or room. Allowing a resident to sublease their apartment\/room meant that someone was \u201cborrowing\u201d their space, but the Tenant(s) were still legally responsible for the rent and condition of the apartment\/room at the end of the lease. This transaction did not always end well for our residents.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n    \t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t<\/div>\r\n    \t    \t<div class=\"item accordion-item\" id=\"how-can-i-get-out-of-my-lease\">\r\n    \t\t<div class=\"item-header\" id=\"heading-3\">\r\n    \t\t\t<h5 class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-3\">\r\n    \t\t\t\tHow can I get out of my lease?    \t\t\t<\/h5>\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n    \t\t<div id=\"collapse-3\" class=\"collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-3\" data-parent=\"#accordion-block_d4882c3ccbf8d1fdbbb35e92b32bfc63\">\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"item-body\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<p>If a tenant desires to be removed from the lease early and has an approved replacement, they must pay a Remove Tenant\/Reletting Fee, per the Potential Fines and Fees section of your lease, and follow the guidelines as stated in the Add\/Replace\/Remove Tenant form signed as a Lease Agreement Amendment. The Remove Tenant\/Reletting Fee will be added to your account at the time you notify Matchbox of your intent to be removed from the lease; this is necessary in order to get the process started and the fee must be paid by the time you move out of the unit. You must either provide Matchbox with someone to take over their lease or work with Matchbox to allow showings, marketing, etc. Many times, we have people waiting for apartments so we can help. However, the burden of finding someone will ultimately be on you.<\/p>\n<p>You will not be removed from your lease and have to fulfill your lease obligations until this process is officially completed and finalized.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n    \t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t<\/div>\r\n    \t    \t<div class=\"item accordion-item\" id=\"am-i-still-responsible-for-rent-once-i-pay-the-remove-tenant-reletting-fee\">\r\n    \t\t<div class=\"item-header\" id=\"heading-4\">\r\n    \t\t\t<h5 class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-4\">\r\n    \t\t\t\tAm I still responsible for rent once I pay the Remove Tenant\/Reletting Fee?    \t\t\t<\/h5>\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n    \t\t<div id=\"collapse-4\" class=\"collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading-4\" data-parent=\"#accordion-block_d4882c3ccbf8d1fdbbb35e92b32bfc63\">\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"item-body\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Yes.
