The down-payment for MVH is roughly equal to 1 months’ rent – $530 per person.
Here’s the breakdown:
The key fee is nonrefundable, and goes toward the owner’s locksmith expenses. Your key will unlock the front door deadbolt AND your individual bedroom deadbolt only. Locksmith’s magic!
The routine systems maintenance fee is nonrefundable, and goes toward exterior community upkeep and improvements – such as: bi-weekly grounds clean-up, snow removal, monthly light inspections, landscaping, bi-annual pressure washing and MUCH more!
The security deposit is refundable, pending condition of your apartment at move-out.

Please keep in mind that the full down-payment must be paid at the time you sign your lease – NO EXCEPTIONS. We accept check or money order payments. Please make payments payable to Matchbox Realty. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or credit card payments. We do offer FOR RENT.
We offer free, plentiful parking for residents & their guests!
Ample parking is available! Permits are required () and are provided FREE at move-in. Residents receive 1 permanent parking sticker for their vehicle at move-in. We have both interior stickers (for non-tinted vehicle windows) & exterior stickers (for tinted vehicle windows) available. Visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bringing your furry friend is affordable. The down-payment is $400: $200 is refundable if there are no pet-related damages at move-out; $200 is nonrefundable to deodorize & deflea the premises at move-out. The monthly pet rent ranges from $25-50 per month depending on the size of the pet. If you would like to get a cat/dog, we’ll need written approval from all your roommates (a simple email to the Property Manager is perfect!) before a Pet Lease can be signed.
