Art Deco themed historic renovation of downtown mixed use building in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Building features 26 residential units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The investment team worked hand in hand with Virginia’s Department of Historic Resources and the National Park Service to bring a once condemned building to full occupancy within 18 months start to finish.
