Rules & Regulations
  • No exterior changes shall be made to any unit without prior approval of the Board. No fences or storage buildings of any kind shall be erected in any front, side or rear yard.
  • Lots are to be used only for residential purposes.
  • No noxious or offensive activity shall be conducted or permitted on any of the Proerties, and nothing shall be done thereon which may be or become an annoyance or nuissance to the neighborhood.
  • No structure, trailer, tent, shack, barn, garage, or other outbuilding shall be used on any of the Properties at any time as a residence either temporarily or permanently. Nor shall any boat, boat trailer, school bus, or any truck over 3/4 ton, camper or camping trailer, or other mobile living or recreational vehicle, be stored, parked, or kept on any of the premises.
  • Fish, Dogs and Cats are permitted for domestic purposes only so long as they are exclusively maintained indoors. Pets must be innoculated, registered and tagged as required by law. Pets must be leashed in the common areas, and pet owners are responsible for the immediate removal of all waste from common areas and lots. Pet owners are responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons or other animals that may be caused by thier pet.
  • No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the ublic view on any of the Properties, except for one professioal real estate sign of not more than six square feet, advertising the lot for sale or for rent.
  • Inoperative or unlicensed cars, trucks or other vehicles shall not be parked or stored on streets or parking areas.
  • No lots shall be rented for transient or hotel purposes, which shall be defined as any rental less than thirty days.
