Rules & Regulations
All trash must be put inside dumpsters. Please be considerate of your neighbors and take time to keep the dumpster areas neat and clean. Dumpsters are emptied on Tuesday and Friday. If you have large items you need to dispose of, please call the association office to make arrangements for pickup. Do not place large items in the dumpsters.
Garbage cans must be screened from any street or road the lot faces.
Association quiet hours will be from 10 PM to 6 AM. Noise levels may not exceed the city maximum at any time day or night.
Owners and tenants are expected to maintain the outside of their units, including landscaping. If an owner fails to maintain their unit after notice from the Association, the Association may make such repairs on their behalf and charge the owner for any costs.
All lot improvements must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
Cars must be parked in assigned parking spaces. If you need additional space for visitors, ask your neighbors before using their spots. No trailers or boats, trucks, larger than three-quarter ton, motor home shall be parked upon the property unless within a garage.
The Association will take care of grass cutting and snow removal in parking lots. Snow removal on sidewalks is to be done by individual townhouse occupants. Please make sure yards are clear of clutter and other items.
According to Section 15-2-4 of the city code, residents must pick up after their dogs. Violations are considered a Class 3 misdemeanor and include a $100 fine. Dogs must be on a leash unless they are on your own property in an enclosed area. Please respect your neighbors and pick up after your pets. It only takes a minute, and your neighbors will certainly be grateful.
No more than three (3) unrelated persons may occupy any dwelling on any Lot.
Items on porches, decks, and patios will be restricted to:
Front Porch
1. Reasonable and appropriate decorations
2. Outdoor furniture
Back Patio
1. One grill
2. Outdoor furniture
3. Reasonable and appropriate decorations
4. Reasonable amount of children’s toys and bikes in working condition
*No items may be kept in a lawn mowed by the Association.
