Rules & Regulations
  • No illegal, noxious, or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any portion of the property, nor shall anything be done or placed on any property that is or may be a nuisance.
  • No firearms may be discharged on the assocaiton property, no open fires permitted outside of a barbeue unit, and no septic tanks permitted.
  • All boats, snow plows, campers, and similar vehicles must be stored in a garage or otherwise enclosed or screened in manner approved by the DRC. Motor homes, travel trailers, construction equipment, tractor-trailers, and other outsized machinery shall not be stored or parked.
  • No above-ground pools shall be permitted without DRC approval, which may be denied in its discretion.
  • No unsightliness shall be permitted. This includes but not limited to a. No stripped-down or junk vehicles or vehicles without a valid inspection sticker b. Garbage and trash shall be kept in a covered container at all times and the container shall be kept within a enclosed structure c. Service areas shall be kept within an enclosed structure d. Any pipes, wires, antennas, etc shall be kept and maintained within an enclosed structure or below the surface of the ground unless otherwise approved. e. No metals, bulk materials, scrap, etc shall be kept, stored, or allowed to accumulate
  • No animals or livestock shall be raised or kept on any lot, except dogs, cats, or customary household pets, not to exceed 3 pets per dwelling unless otherwise approved. All pets must be kept on a leash or otherwise reasonably confined, as to not become a nuisance or threat to others
  • No signs or advertising devices of any nature shall be erected or maintained except signs approved by the DRC, signs required by law, or signs installed by developer.
  • The Association may designate a “community yard sale day” and no yard sales may be conducted except on that day unless pre-approved by the Association.
  • All lot improvements must be approved by the Design Review Committee before beginning.
