Rules & Regulations

All lots are for residential use only. No owner may lease thier home for less than 6 months.
All exterior changes to homes must be approved before being done. This includes adding fences and sheds, or changing the color of the shutters or doors.
Only common household pets may be ket on any lot. Structures for housing pets are prohibited (no dog houses), and pets may not be tied out on the lot. All dogs and cats must be leash controlled when outside, and waste must be cleaned up immediately.
No commercial vehicles, recreation vehicles, abandoned or disabled vehicles, boats, campers or trailers may be parked on any lot. They may be ket in a closed garage. Car covers and vehicle reairs are prohibited.
Trash cans must be kept out of view except for on trash collection day.

Antennae, satellite dishes, and other transmission recieving devices must be approved before installation, and must be 18" or less in size and screened from view.
No resident shall make or permit any disturbing noises or do or permit anything to be done with a Lot which will interfere with the rights, comforts, or conveniences of other owners.
No unsightly ornamentation shall be permitted on any lot. The Association has absolute discretion regarding what is deemed unsightly.
All personal property must be stored inside the residential structures. Each owner shall keep all trees, shrubs, and plantings neatly trimmed and pruned, and shall keep lots free of trash, weeds, and other unsightly materials.
Only one sign advertising the lot for rent or for sale, or as required for legal proceedings are permitted.
