Rules & Regulations
No signs, except for 1 For Sale of For Rent sign will be permitted on any lot.
No pets except dogs, cats and other commonly accepted household pets are permitted on any lot. Pets must be leashed when outside, and pet waste must be cleaned up immediately from any lot or common area. Pets are not permitted to be left unattended at any time, including on decks or on leashes.
No resident may be an annoyance or nuissance to other residents. Noise must be kept to an acceptable levels during the day and night.
Each residence is entitled to the use of 2 (two) unit numbered parking spaces. Visitor parking spaces are for the use of temporary guest only (less than 2 days a month). Vehicles may ony be parked in designated parking spaces. All vehicles must be in working condition, and have current licensing, registrations and inspections. No vehicles may impede the flow of traffic. Only cars, pick-up trucks under 3/4 ton, vans, and motorcycles are permitted. Anyone violating the parking rules are subject to towing.
Flower beds are the responsibilty of the owner, and must be weeded and mulched or gravelled to maintain an attractive apearance. Grass must be mowed and reasonably maintained. Lots must be kept in a sanitary and clean appearance.
All changes to the exterior of the home must be approved before being made. This includes the installation of satelite dishes, repainting doors, and installing fences or decks.
Owners are responsible from removing snow from their sidewalks and parking spaces.
There is to be no playing in parking areas, dumpsters, or retention ponds, including riding bikes and scooters, skateboarding and ball playing. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult when in common areas.
Toys and any other items left in any common area will be disposed of by the association.
Lots may only be used for residential purposes and occupied by no more than 2 unrelated adults.
